Results:The mean of all patients included in the study were aspartate aminotrasferase (AST), alanine aminotrasferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), alphafetoprotein;(AFP) albumin and IL-34 levels were 86.62±124.38 (U/L), 107.71±128.33 (U/L), 184.34±228.68 (U/) L, 198.13±269.06 (U/L), 3.77±3.42 (U/L), respectively. ng/ml), 4.33±0.60 (g/dl) and 12.87±2.90 (pg/ml). IL-34 levels of 33 patients, 23 of whom had NASH, 10’NAFLD, and a total of 33 non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-viral liver disease, were 12.47±3.14, 12.65±2.40, 12.53±2.90 and 13.22±2.91 pg/ml, respectively. was measured. No statistically significant correlation was found between serum IL-34 levels of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-viral liver disease, and patients with NASH and NAFLD (p> 0.05).Conclusion:

Academic writing is something that students find difficult not only in secondary schools but also on tertiary level. It is usually an optional course for students at universities and they often try to avoid it. The reason for that is the fact that the title of the course alludes to writing and they think they must be writers in order to succeed in it. However, it should be pointed out that in Academic Writing students can learn the techniques of how to use other sources, how to quote, how to paraphrase and most importantly how to avoid plagiarism. Apart from those, students can also learn the most common mistakes on a syntactical and morphological level. In order to master the way of writing, knowledge in Syntax and Morphology is obligatory. This study will analyze some of the most common mistakes students make according to some current research in this field.

Public administration constitutes the executive domain of state that produces public goods and services to meet the needs of citizens. Acceptance and legitimacy of the services offered by public administration is related to the relationship of the administration with the citizens. Democratic public administration comes to existence at the point of the relationship of public administration with the citizens. As a requirement of democracy, citizens want to have a say in the actions and operations of public administration. This understanding has a meaning beyond representative democracy and requires providing a direct relationship between public administration and citizens. Therefore, public administration needs to undergo a transformation. A large number of administrative approaches have emerged in recent years regarding the transformation of public administration. One of these approaches is governance. Governance refers to the implementation of administrative practice basically with public administration, citizens and non-governmental organizations and to the realization of decision making and implementation processes of public administration on a pluralistic basis. This includes the transition from a public administration that only makes and implements decisions in a classical sense to a public administration where decisions are taken within a democratic framework by including different elements to administration. It is thought that governance will contribute to democratization process of public administration. The present study first examines the concepts of governance and democratic public administration.
