The word friendship/friendly means respectful and welcoming behavior. Child welfare is a process of treating children with respect and taking their needs seriously and with appropriate interventions. Ensuring children's participation is an essential element in the governance process. A child-friendly approach is an approach in which children have access to all their rights, such as health, education, safe drinking water, protection from abuse and exploitation, and opportunities for participation. All international and national visions clearly state the goal of creating a world order suitable for children with high standards of care. Kerala is far ahead of other states in India in terms of child development excellence. Social development is based on ensuring the healthy growth and development of the child. Kerala's Panchayat Raj Act and Decentralized Planning Guidelines have provided an opportunity for efficient projects and allocations for children and to fully motivate such potential, necessary suggestions can be made through child friendly local governance system and working groups activities.The value of children is immeasurable Every family and society considers children as an indicator of its future but the support they receive and their situation are not the same everywhere. Child rule and diseases continue to affect children, along with poverty, hunger, natural calamities, riots and violence, all of which affect children on a daily basis.
