A series of changes happened in the socio-political as well as cultural life of the XIX century Kazakh literature could be treated as the beginning of a new stage. Thus, the strong remains of feudal-patriarchal relations, confrontations among tribes and families, the reigning of religious judges in Kazakhstan did not let to found a unit state. The poet’s work “Aqliyye” through which he adressed to the youth is considered as the pick of his creativity. First time the philosophical-didactic work “Aqliyye” was introduced to the readers in the Azerbaijani language in 2017. The poet introduces the challenges of his time in the work which comprised of 45 words of wisdom and claims that the salvation of the nation is only through enlightenment. The people suffering from the feudal torture are sentenced to live with rules and law of tsarism. The people had to pay unaffordable taxes and exploited by the local tsarism representatives. All these used to have negative impact on the socio-political, socio-economic life as well as literature of the Kazakh people.
